The Roger Luther
Photography exhibit will debut September 5 (First Friday) and remain
until November 8. The exhibit may be viewed during
Museum Tour hours.A photo exhibit
featuring preservation issues in Broome County that have been in the
news over the last year. Sponsored by the Preservation Association
of the Southern Tier (PAST), with photography by Roger Luther, the
exhibit includes developments on the Alms House, Kilmer Building,
Press Building, the Castle, and more. Of special interest is a photo
sequence covering the recent demolition of the Ross Building and
salvage efforts of the last of the Ross Building's "Green Men"
The photographer, Roger Luther will
"meet and greet" art patrons on September 5th, 5:30-8:30 during the
Gorgeous Washington Street Art Walk. The photography exhibit will
continue through November 8th.
A salvaged piece of architectural detail will
be on display September 5th only!
