Phelps Mansion Museum
Scholarship Fund

 

Each year the Phelps Mansion Museum offers a $500.00 merit scholarship to a deserving student at Broome Community College. In order to qualify for an award, the student must have completed at least three semesters at BCC and maintained an average of 3.5 for the two most recent semesters that the student has been enrolled. The recipient of this scholarship is selected by a faculty committee within the Art and Design Program at the College.
